Caitlin
Caitlin believes great hair is about more than color and cuts—it’s about trust, connection, and helping every guest leave feeling confident and completely themselves. An LA native inspired by the California coast, she brings over 12 years of experience behind the chair and has been recognized as one of LA’s Top 20 Hairdressers. She specializes in dimensional brunettes, seamless blondes, and modern color that grows out beautifully and fits naturally into your lifestyle.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Caitlin chasing her little ones around the baseball field with an iced latte in hand, soaking up every moment of mom life.

Jean
Raised in Manhattan Beach, Jean draws endless inspiration from the beach and the effortless beauty of coastal living. She began her career as a cutting specialist in Beverly Hills before expanding into color, later becoming a color educator and building over 18 years of experience as a master colorist. She specializes in lived-in blondes, beachy balayage, seamless dimension, and luxury hair extensions, bringing both technical precision and artistry to every guest.
Her goal is simple: to help every guest leave feeling confident, refreshed, and effortlessly beautiful.
STYLIST
Julie
After moving from Salt Lake City, Julie quickly made the South Bay home. With over 15 years behind the chair, she specializes in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions that feel natural, wearable, and beautifully customized. Known for her calm, welcoming energy, she believes every appointment should feel relaxed, personal, and centered around you.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Julie planning her next trip, trying new restaurants with her husband, cuddling her pups, or finding inspiration in beauty, design, and style.
ASSISTANT
Tatum
A Manhattan Beach local with a creative eye for effortless beauty, Tatum trained at Paul Mitchell and built her foundation in the art of customized color. She specializes in soft, dimensional balayage and natural-looking blondes that grow out seamlessly and feel lived-in from day one. Her approach is all about enhancing what’s already there—never overdone, always intentional.
Outside the salon, you’ll find Tatum at the beach, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying everything the South Bay has to offer.

Sydney
Sydney is your blondie bestie! She specializes in bright blondes, rich brunettes, and customized extensions designed to help you look and feel your best. Known for her gentle touch and relaxing appointments, she’s especially loved by guests with tender scalps and creates an experience that’s as comfortable as it is beautiful.
Outside the salon, you’ll find Sydney spending time with family and friends or trying new recipes in the kitchen. She can’t wait to help you achieve your dream hair.

With over 13 years in the beauty industry, Letty specializes in wellness-focused hair and scalp treatments that promote relaxation, scalp health, and self-care. Inspired by Korean and Japanese Head Spa techniques, she creates personalized experiences that leave every guest feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply cared for.
